Design a careers page that does more than list job openings—it needed to tell a compelling, human story that reflects Qualified’s culture, attracts top talent, and aligns with the updated brand identity. The page had to balance employer branding with usability, and serve as both a narrative tool and a recruiting asset.

As both the brand and web designer, I led the visual direction and component design for the page. My role spanned everything from establishing the tone and aesthetics to structuring the layout and ensuring visual consistency across every section.
I collaborated closely with the People and Brand teams to define messaging and content hierarchy, then translated those insights into a modular, scalable design system. A key visual decision was the use of BIG all-caps typography—a distinctive choice for this page that nods to the bold type treatments used in Qualified’s internal decks. This helped create a strong sense of continuity and internal pride, while giving the page a confident, memorable presence.
I focused on expressing culture through approachable iconography, warm imagery, and thoughtful typography—anchoring the design in Qualified’s evolving brand identity. From responsive layouts to Lever integration, every detail was crafted to balance storytelling with usability—helping the page serve as both a powerful recruiting tool and a true reflection of life at Qualified.
The new Careers page now serves as a key touchpoint in Qualified’s hiring journey. It reflects their culture, communicates their values, and provides a polished yet welcoming experience for every candidate. The design has helped strengthen Qualified’s employer brand and improve the application experience from first glance to job offer.
