The Challenge

Build an event landing page that drives registrations while evolving alongside the campaign. The page needed to launch early with a clear overview and date to support initial promotion—then expand with additional details, speaker highlights, and conversion-focused content as the event neared.

Project Goals

1

Drive Registrations: Design with conversion in mind—placing CTAs strategically and keeping the focus on sign-up.

2

Communicate Event Value Clearly: Highlight key speakers, topics, and benefits of attending in a clear, digestible layout.

3

Create Visual Excitement: Use bold, on-brand visuals and layout to reflect the energy and momentum of the event.

4

Ensure Mobile Accessibility: Optimize for performance and ease-of-use across all screen sizes and devices.

My Role & Approach

As the web designer, I led the visual design and structure of the page across both launch phases. In the first stage, I focused on building a streamlined, high-impact layout that introduced the event and encouraged early sign-ups. As more content became available, I expanded the page to include modular sections for speakers, agenda highlights, and deeper messaging.

Each update was designed to maintain visual momentum, reinforce brand consistency, and support Qualified’s leadership position in the B2B space. I worked closely with marketing to time updates strategically, and built the layout to scale smoothly across devices and content types—ensuring flexibility without sacrificing polish.

Outcome

The page successfully supported event marketing efforts, helped drive hundreds of sign-ups, and reflected Qualified’s leadership in the B2B space. It also served as a flexible template for future event pages.
