TILC is a platform designed to help people support each other through shared experiences and empathy. I led the product redesign to improve usability, update the visual style, and bring clarity to the user journey. The focus was on making the platform more accessible, emotionally resonant, and aligned with modern design standards.
As a result of our research, we gathered three key insights that we used to guide the project:

I started by listening—gathering context around user pain points, platform goals, and emotional drivers. From there, I restructured the user flow to reduce friction and guide people through a more intuitive, supportive experience.
For the visual direction, I focused on warmth and clarity. The interface was designed to feel calm and focused, supporting emotional safety while maintaining clarity and ease of use. Every element—from color and typography to layout—was crafted to feel both modern and human-centered.
The redesign helped reposition TILC as a more accessible, emotionally intelligent platform. The new user flow improved clarity, the updated visual language brought new life to the brand, and the modular system created a solid foundation for continued growth and feature development.
