My Role & Approach

As the lead brand designer, I was responsible for the visual direction and component design of the Customers page. I began by defining a modular layout system that could easily scale as new customer stories were added. The goal was to support everything from quick-hit logos and testimonials to more in-depth case studies, all while aligning with our refreshed brand system.

I collaborated closely with developers to ensure clean implementation and consistency across devices. Throughout the process, I focused on balancing recognition, clarity, and credibility—creating a design that both elevated the brand and supported the sales journey.

Impact

The Customers page has become a key trust signal in Qualified’s marketing funnel and a daily tool for the sales team—helping users connect the product to real, measurable success.
